Our lagoon is changing to a marina. The $533,000.00 tender was awarded to Greyback Construction of Penticton at the January 17, 2011 council meeting. This is a 50/50 cost shared project with Osoyoos Shoreline Developments (Watermark Resort) with the Towns portion coming from reserves. When completed our community will gain a first class marina with much improved boat launching facilities.
